Dr Pradeep Kumar Sinha

Dr Pradeep Kumar Sinha is associated with Darpan Hindi Radio since mid 1990s. He is the current Convener and has produced some very good programs over the years. He is a Chemical Engineer from IIT Roorkee and a PhD from UK, with long experience in Drinking Water Treatment and Supply in NSW.

Ashima Kumar

Ashima Kumar is a science graduate and a postgraduate in English Literature. She has worked in many areas since coming to Australia in 1993, including Australian Taxation Office. She has been contributing to Darpan Hindi Radio since 2000

Dr Pradeep Upadhyaya

Dr Pradeep Upadhyay is an Engineer with a PhD from UNSW, currently working as a software professional with AMP – a leading wealth management icon in Australia. His financial reports and stock market analysis segment are quite popular among listeners. His other interests include Bellwood, Hindi literature, mythology and astrology. He is Justice of Peace in NSW as well

Raj Batra

Raj Batra is a computer professional and is associated with Darpan Hindi Radio since mid 1990s. He has worked in Middle East and has also tried entrepreneurship in Australia. He has been a great anchor of the programs produced on Darpan. Currently he is Secretary and Web Master of Darpan Hindi Radio Website www.darpanradio.org.au .

Sanjiv Sharma

Sanjiv Sharma is software professional turned a real estate builder. He used to drive his mum Gargiji to the studios. Slowly he picked up and now he is one of the best newsreaders and interviewers with Darpan.

Gargi Sharma

Gargi Sharma is an ex Principal of a Lucknow Girls School. She is a very keen writer and has a very enthusiastic personality. She has worked for Lucknow Radio too. She provides grace to the programs with Sanjiv Sharma and Raj Batra. She is associated with Darpan since 2001.

Richa Srivastava

Richa Srivastava is a Master in Chemistry & works in a scientific analytical laboratory in Sydney. Richa has worked for Akashvani Gorakhpur and Bhopal Doordarshan for many years. She has joined Darpan Hindi Radio in 2006. Richa is a trained singer. She is founder of Sydney’s first Hindi choir. She teaches music. She is also a song writer and composer. She is passionate about Hindi language and helping our community.

Sunil Srivastava

Sunil Srivastava is an Electrical Engineer graduate from IIIT Kanpur. Has been associated with the Hindi Samaj and UIA in Sydney and is a member of Darpan Radio team Since 2006.

Rajesh Pandey

Rajesh Pandey (Kanpur Waley) is a Tax Accountant with NSW Government. He is associated with Darpan since 2001. You must have heard his jokes not only on the radio but also in many other functions in Sydney.

Dr Sharmila Pandey

Dr Sharmila Pandey is a Gynaecologist and a GP. Her bubbly personality adds to the radio shows entertainment.

Dr Shailaja Chaturvedi

Dr Shailaja Chaturvedi is a professional Psychiatrist in Sydney. She has written many books, articles and poems in Hindi in many publications. You may have seen her in many Indian functions as a compeer or as a very active participant. Her love of Indian culture and Hindi had attracted her to Darpan Hindi Radio.

Accomplished IT professional currently working as a Senior Analyst in Sydney. In addition to her professional career, she has actively contributed to the community by serving as a Master of Ceremonies at numerous events across Sydney. Ranjana joined Radio Darpan in 2023, where she passionately hosts Hindi talk shows. Her love for the Hindi language is reflected in her ability to communicate complex topics in a clear and relatable manner, making valuable contributions to the Hindi-speaking community.
